Interactive learning has taken root in many circles today. The sharing of thoughts and experiences between teacher and student, between mentor and apprentice, between parent and child, or among people in groups helps facilitate the learning process.
Play-acting and dramatization are forms of interactive learning. In a theater or drama class, for instance, a student may be asked to portray emotions like fear, anger, hope, or joy. These are exercises in knowing one’s self and identifying one’s emotions for what they really are. They are warm-ups to effective communication and free expression in the arts.
The interplay in esoteric art is very similar. There is a quiet but active interaction between the artist and you as the person looking at the artwork. The approach on the viewer is very individual. You as the viewer are literally being posed with a question that you alone can answer and face based on your own individual perception. The artist portrays a certain subject and you are invited to interpret this subject based on your own perception of reality. If the subject presented by the artist is a person, then you as the viewer may identify or inter-relate the posture or behavior of the subject with your own person, like you would with a mirror.
The esoteric artist must then be a strong individual if he or she were to act as a mirror. This artist must be honest and brave enough to deal with the subconscious and unconscious aspects of personality that are openly revealed to other people in his or her paintings. An esoteric artist must adhere not to what is trendy or fashionable, but to what is real and true.
Esoteric art is something of a psychological experience more than it is an emotional or intellectual one. Psychology basically tells you that your personality affects your behavior. Simply speaking, your thoughts and moods affect the way you react to events and situations around you. Our internal reality affects our external reality. What happens inside of us affects what happens outside of us. What we feel and think inside of us will become what we feel and think is going on outside of us. It is something like a chain reaction, wherein a positive play of good vibes within you will help reinforce good vibes in your environment.
In a way, esoteric art is a therapeutic medium towards healing some psychologically-based personality problems, especially in cases when there are unresolved issues within a person and there is still no closure on the past. It encourages you to take control of the situation rather than allowing the situation to control you. It sort of tells you that anything can happen and so whatever may happen, it is how you react to what happens which really matters in the end. It helps you believe that once you change something from the inside, you can change everything on the outside.
Esoteric art is meant to be a liberating experience, both for the artist and the viewer. The goal is always self-realization. Once an artist has portrayed an innermost reality and this long-forgotten memory has been triggered ie viewer, then an esoteric painting has truly realized its purpose for being.

Liberation of the soul involves an esoteric fully conscious integrated merging of denied attributes of your personality. In other words, you are actively in direct opposition to something your precious ruthless soul wants to experience!
It’s all an identifiable subject of pride, resistant conciliation and belligerent refusal to ‘walk in murky waters.’
Nothing happens before it is time and nothing occurs without your having been prepared for it in innumerable ways. Ladies and gentlemen, May I have your complete attention please? I certainly hope not. No one should ever have your full attention. You ‘pay attention’ to yourself, alone.
Never, ever, ever in a million billion trillion years are you to give over to another human being your undivided attention. {Especially if their words are of flattery, praise or exaltation}
Exactly what would that entail? Allowing someone else to intrude, violate, impose, and infringe upon the precious sacred theme of your own inviolate mind would be nothing short of blasphemy.
The sanctified domain of your mind is hallowed! Exempt from another’s influence, coercion and derelict impression; your sacred sphere of impenetrable authority is ‘off limits’ to the invasion of others, no matter his/her usurped weight and ‘supposed’ depth of knowledge.
“But, I KNOW what’s good for you!” Chicken Squat!
No one ever possesses the gift of directed guidance for your particular life. Truth can only be hinted at and never fully expressed. No one is without a self-aggrandized intent of gallows’ ploy.
IF you feel someone is using mental intimidation, emotional hyperbole, such as: love, hate, guilt, regret, responsibility, respect, adulation, etc, as ultimatums, rest assured these worn out blatant tactics are nothing but manipulative water poles to navigate themselves through a river way of shaky unsettled waters.
People, who are ill-equipped, unsure of their foundation, deceitfully restless and morbidly discontent (not to mention sexually frustrated and deprived) will approach the matter of relationship (un) communication with a roundabout way of ‘jumping tracks’, turning the affair into something you have messed up, didn’t listen to the advice of, avoided or worse yet, “didn’t care enough to be interested.”
Coy inhibited mousy shy double-minded beguiling conversing sickens even the best of humans.
Say what you want to say without regard to how it sounds. It’s honest. Well, at least, as honest as you are willing to be. When people ask for your undivided attention, they want something from you. And, when a person wants something from you, he/she is living vicariously through you.
Not enough gumption to pursue and fulfill desired dreams, he/she works the unchanneled repressed energy out through another avenue of deflected harbingering motion: trying to control you. The basic facts are: every human being is uncontrollable, undomesticated and unredeemable.
Maybe a more descriptive word for human beings would be unsalvageable.
“Ah!” I hear you gasp in defiant rebuttal. “No. That’s impossible. Of course we can be salvaged. We are spiritual quested beings.” Give that old mule a rest. You can’t be salvaged because you don’t need to be redeemed.
You are a perfectly infallibly arranged human specimen, exactly and precisely as you are. You are carrying the goods for your particular destiny. No one can add or take away from your unsinkable character. I certainly am in no position to do so nor is anyone else.

Glimpses of Esoteric Christianity Part 4

Bulgarian Gnostic master Peter Dounov referred to his organization of followers as the “Universal White Brotherhood,” and it is clear that he too was referring to the Western esoteric community-at-large. When ex-communicated as a heretic on 7 July 1922, he defended the Brotherhood as follows: ‘Let the Orthodox Church resolve this issue, whether Christ has risen, whether Love is accepted in the Orthodox Church. There is one church in the world. But the Universal White Brotherhood is outside the church – it is higher than the church. But even higher than the Universal White Brotherhood is the Kingdom of Heaven. Hence the Church is the first step, the Universal White Brotherhood is the second step, and the Kingdom of Heaven is the third step – the greatest one that is to be manifested.’ (24 June 1923). The main methods for spiritual work in the School of the Universal White Brotherhood are: prayer gatherings, musical and respiratory exercises, reading of the Word of Master Peter Dounov, greeting the sunrise, outings in the mountains, life in brotherhood communities, annual meetings etc. The special methods are: The Testament of the Colour Rays of Light and the Paneurhythmy dance (read this link The Background of Paneurhythmy). All the methods are considered esoteric practices for experiencing Christ through the wholeness of the human being and more precisely through the human etheric body.

Reincarnation
Everything in this universe is in motion. Movement produces change, or transformation. This is an eternal constant, a Law of the Cosmos, and it is immutable. The process of transformation occurs in stages, phases, and cycles. Every unit of life unfolds its consciousness in accord with the Law of Activity and Rest. The cycle of activity begins with birth, youth, maturity; it declines with old age and ends with so-called death, which is the period of Rest. The cycle continues repeatedly until the goal for that life-unit is achieved. Reincarnation is an expression of the Law of Activity and Rest as applied to human evolution. It is what Jewish mystics call “Gilgul,” and was a doctrine taught by the Greek Philosophers, Plato, Pythagoras and Plotinus. Most of the holy scriptures of the world contain references to the law, though some are veiled.
Once man found himself entombed within Matter, it became expedient for him to liberate himself. According to our observation, mankind as a whole, however, is not pursuing this goal, for he is unconscious of the purpose of his existence. The promptings of the Inner Self are misinterpreted for the selfish ambitions of the personal ego. Possessing a physical body, in a sense, is actually a great privilege, for it offers a rapid method for spiritual unfoldment. But to prolong our sojourn in the world of matter is foolhardy. This plane of consciousness is simply a phase, a stepping stone leading towards our spiritual destiny. Greater work, greater tasks awaits us elsewhere in the infinite reaches of the cosmos. We should realize that the physical world is not our true home. We are spiritual beings with a spiritual heritage. Ignorance and egoistic desire are the twin negative causes of our bondage to the wheel of birth and rebirth. Mastery of these causes offer spiritual freedom as the personal will and consciousness becomes united with the Divine Will and Mind of our True SELF.
We are bound to this wheel of reincarnation by causes. There are two sides to everything. We have already mentioned the negative causes. The positive causes are our aspiration for perfection and the balancing of karma. The former of this positive cause is the willful intent of the Soul, as human perfection may be accelerated while interacting and overcoming masterfully the resistance of matter. Karma binds us to the wheel until its misqualified energy has been spent, balanced, compensated, or the Law of Grace precipitated to over-ride the karmic condition as a result of spiritually understanding the required lesson that the Law expected one to learn.
Reincarnation is a common term for the concept of a human soul being born cyclically into the physical world. There are other terms, though, each referring to reincarnation, each with a slight variation as to meaning and implication. These terms are: rebirth, reimbodiment, transmigration, and metemapsychosis. The term transmigration often brings to mind the element of retrogression, of man re-embodying as an animal. This is a spiritual impossibility, for once individualized, the human spirit can never revert to an undividualized animal soul.
